Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with your art and audio/content proofs. If you are not satisfied with your proofs, and choose to cancel your job, we will refund your deposit.

In addition, if your finished product does not match your proofs within commercially accepted standards, we will replace your product at no additional charge. Furthermore, all products we custom manufacture or print are unconditionally guaranteed against deffects in quality and workmanship. If any of your custom manufactured products are found to be deffective in quality, we will replace or repair the deffective product at no additional charge.
